Refund Policy

Who handles your order
All Zakgen purchases are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record for every transaction. That means Paddle is the seller you're billed by, and the first place to go for order-related questions — your receipt and order history live in Paddle, not in Zakgen directly.
Our policy on credits
- Credit purchases are generally non-refundable once completed, since credits are available in your account immediately and don't expire.
- If a generation fails because of a technical error on our side or a model provider's side, we won't charge credits for it — contact us if a failed generation was deducted from your balance in error.
- If you were charged but never received your credits (for example, a payment that went through but didn't post to your account), contact us and we'll fix it promptly.
How to request a refund or report a problem
For billing questions, disputed charges, or a refund request, you can contact Paddle directly through the link in your order receipt, or reach us at info@pixelmotus.com and we'll look into it. We review every request individually — this policy describes our general approach, not an automatic guarantee in every case.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves; we'll update the date at the top when we do.
